How it Works

What to Expect.
Consultation
Your treatment at Beyond Body begins with an initial consultation, where our team will get to know you and learn more about your health history and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll determine if Emsella is the right treatment to help you accomplish your goals, and if so, add it to your personalized care plan.
Treatment
We ask that you arrive for your Emsella sessions in comfortable, loose clothing. We’ll have you sit fully clothed in the Emsella chair. You may experience a slight tingling sensation, but you should be completely comfortable during your time in the Emsella chair. We may alter the way you are positioned on the chair so your pelvic floor can experience the full stimulation and receive optimal results. Otherwise, you’ll be able to sit back and relax while your pelvic floor gets a workout.
Next Steps
After your initial Emsella session, we’ll schedule your next session. We like to wait a few days between Emsella treatments to allow your body to rest and recover. Once you’re completely done with the course of treatment, we’ll schedule maintenance sessions as needed.
