Hours of air travel and navigating through traffic were well worth it for Natasha Reiss. Driven by her desire to live a healthier, longer life, she meticulously curated her own wellness plan. While scouring the country to experience her ideal treatments, Natasha realized that maintaining her results ended up feeling more like work than a refreshing getaway. Juggling multiple appointments, booking flights, and sacrificing precious time away from her own practice inspired her to create a one-stop destination that includes all the most advanced solutions under one roof. To build this truly unique destination wellness center in La Jolla, she sought the help of a doctor like no other.

I’m a professional musician, and after a particularly busy schedule of performances, I developed wrist pain that seemed to be getting progressively worse. This was highly concerning of course, so I was thrilled and relieved that after just a single Avacen treatment, the pain was gone within a day. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone experiencing joint pain.
I recently visited the new Beyond Body Wellness and was really impressed with all the treatments they offer. I first did a Styku full body scan to help me understand what my body composition looks like, followed by the HOCATT infrared ozone sauna with added pulsed electromagnetic field therapy - it was amazing! After a 30-minute session my body felt so relaxed and refreshed! I also tried their Vibrogenix machine; if you work out and have tension in your muscles this machine will shake it all out for you. Lastly, I did a Emsculpt Neo session for my abdomen - I workout 6-7 days a week, yet after having a C section I find it almost impossible for those muscles to restore without some extra help, and Neo is just the machine to do that! Overall, a great experience and will definitely be going back for more sessions.
